Kenneth Wapnick, Ph.D.
This 2002 workshop combines poems of Helen Schucman with readings from A Course in Miracles in discussing our love-hate relationship with Jesus. Our hate is born of the fear of growing up to become like him, thereby turning away from our specialness. This need to keep Jesus in our own image and likeness is reflected in “the dream of mockery” the world has made of him. Accepting our ultimate oneness with him is foreshadowed by the recognition of our inherent oneness with all the Sonship. In that vision is our ascent up the ladder assured, as we grow to awaken to the truth of our Identity as God’s one Son.
