This lesson reaffirms a central principle in A Course in Miracles: perception begins with a choice made within our minds to identify either with peace or with conflict. Students are led to recognize that only by learning how to go within to a place that is beyond all sense of self and subject-object perception can the healing truths of A Course in Miracles be accepted as they were intended. This learning rests on the daily practice of joining with Jesus in seeing everyone as sharing the same need and goal.
