How do I access my streaming product(s) that I purchased?

There are three ways you can access your streaming content:

1. Immediately after placing an order, an Order summary page is displayed, and there is a sentence that reads near the top of the summary: “To view your streaming content, click here”

2. Login to your account.  You will immediately be taken to your account dashboard.  Click on the Streaming Access link.

3. From the home page of this website, click on the Dashboard button.  Click on the Streaming Access link.  You must be logged in to see this button.

After clicking on the Streaming Access link, you will be taken to the Streaming Purchases page.  Select the streaming format you purchased; Audio, Video, Staff Class, Podcast, etc. You will then be able to select the product title.

Are there any limits on the titles I purchase for my account?

There are no limits for program titles you purchase, meaning:

  • Program titles are added to your account permanently and there is no expiration.
  • You can listen or view a program title as many times as desired.

How can I search this site?

The Search box can be used to search for titles, SKU numbers, dates or keywords found in titles or product descriptions. You can sort by different select options. The Search box can be found within each streaming category by selecting Store then Shop from the menu.

How can I make a Donation to the Foundation?

Donations can be made online, by mail, phone, or fax. Click here to make an online donation.

Additionally we also accept Cryptocurrency for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Ripple (XRP), Tether (ETH), and USDC (ETH). If you would like to send another cryptocurrency, please email us at [email protected] for the token address. Click here for more information.

To make a donation by phone, you may call +1 (951) 296-6261 and speak to a staff member. We are happy to set up recurring donations for those who are interested.

How can I keep up-to-date with streaming news?

If you have made a purchase of a streaming product, you will be automatically added to our mailing list.  If not, you can also submit your email address in the footer section of this website.

What is your mailing list policy?

We do not sell or rent our mailing list to third parties. The information you provide to the Foundation when signing up for our email list, ordering a product, or making a donation will not be given to others.

How to change your email address or stop receiving emails?

To change your email address or stop receiving our streaming email announcements, please send us your request to [email protected].

If you wish to change your streaming account email, you can do so by clicking here or going to the Streaming Dashboard and selecting Account Details when logged in.
